Bartender
Job Summary:
We are a rapidly growing restaurant looking for Bartenders to enhance our company.
We’re looking for creative, motivated people with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be organized, have basic serving skills, communicative, high energy and have a positive attitude. You will report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Front of the House Operations. This position requires nights and weekends each month.
Requirements:
- Available to work flexible hours and days
- Be able to be on your feet for 4-8 hours
- Be able to kneel, stoop, bend, push, shove, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledgeable in-service standards
- Have a Food Handlers Card/Bartending Certification (Check with your local health Dept for requirements)
Responsibilities:
- Open and closing duties; setting up, breaking down and maintaining the bar area during your shift
- Stock/prep and making sure the bar is set for service.
- Batch all bulk cocktails and scratch mix all other cocktails.
- Have an extra level of knowledge from the servers and be a more of a “key” teammate on the floor.
- Ensure that our guests always receive the finest products and services that Angry Carb Shack has to offer with a friendly smile that will set us apart as a restaurant and give our guests reason to come back time after time.
Qualifications:
- Must have 1-3 years prior bartending experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work flexible hours and days
- Be dependable, punctual & honest.
Salary : $2 - $4
