Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage senior citizens ensuring their safety at all times.
- Meal preparation, Medication reminders, Light housekeeping, Bathing, Dressing, assist with transfers.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
- Provide specialized care for seniors
- Communicate regularly with office staff .
- Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary, following mandated reporting laws to ensure safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Must pass a level II background screen.
- Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and have reliable transportation.
- Must be patient and kind and empathetic to clients at all times.
- Must be willing to work in Pensacola, Milton, Cantonment, Gulf Breeze and Perdido Key.
- CNAs are required to provide a copy of their current license.
- Must have CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
