Job Summary:
Individual who provides physical therapy services under the supervision and direction of the licensed physical therapist. PTAs implement selected components of patient interventions & treatments.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduated from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited PTA
- Current unrestricted PTA license or certification (state specific). Current unrestricted Driver’s License.
- Experience as required by current practicing State Board to treat patients in their homes.
- Therapy skills consistent with generally accepted standards of practice according to the APTA.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment appropriate for patients with physical therapy needs.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Reliable Transportation with valid and current auto liability insurance.
