Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Wichita, KS. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, developing personalized care plans while collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering medications, performing treatments, documenting patient progress, and educating patients and caregivers. The role demands compassion, clinical expertise, and a focus on delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical nursing skills, including administering and managing patient care
- Experience in patient education and creating personalized care plans
- Proficiency with medical documentation and record-keeping
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Active RN license in the state of Kansas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience in home health or a related healthcare setting is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
