Store Cashier

We are seeking a Store Cashier to support customers purchasing grocery items, prepared food, and sandwiches. This role handles transactions accurately, provides friendly customer service, maintains an organized checkout area, and supports store operations through phone calls and order taking.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and process customer transactions accurately.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and issue receipts.
• Provide courteous customer service at the register.
• Take phone calls and customer orders.
• Keep the checkout area and surrounding store areas clean and orderly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in cashiering.
• Training will be provided.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and payment processing.
• Awareness of inventory and store merchandise.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Basic mathematics skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
