Key Responsibilities
- Receive, and organize incoming deliveries of wine, beer, and spirits
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays while maintaining a clean and organized store
- Ensure proper rotation of inventory and accurate product placement
- Assist customers with purchases, recommendations, and general inquiries
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service at all times
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately (if needed)
- Maintain store cleanliness, including aisles, storage areas, and displays
- Support team members with day-to-day store operations
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Basic knowledge or interest in wine, beer, and spirits
- Ability to lift and move cases (up to 40–50 lbs)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
