Support Engineer (Tier 1 /Tier 2, DOE)
Tacoma, WA – Hybrid Remote Local Onsite
Company Overview
AngelCom IT Services is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small to medium-sized businesses
throughout the Puget Sound region. We provide both remote and onsite IT support and are looking for a motivated,
client-first Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support PCs, servers, and networking equipment
- Troubleshoot local/remote server, workstation, and network issues
- Create and manage users, groups, email services (M365, Exchange, Google Workspace)
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and onsite visits
- Prepare equipment and complete bench work as needed
- Help customers understand solutions without overselling
- Document work clearly in our ticketing system
Required Skills
- Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- Windows desktop OS troubleshooting
- Firewall/security experience
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
- Independent learner & team collaborator
- High integrity and professional presence
Physical Requirements
- Lift and transport IT equipment
- Work under desks or tight spaces
- Sit for extended periods for remote support
Compensation & Benefits
Tier 1 : $25–$30/hr DOE (Approx. $52k–$62k annually)
Tier 2: $30–$45/hr DOE (Approx. $62k–$94k annually)
