Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Lead at our Naples, FL location. The Sales Lead will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their project needs, and providing tailored stone and tile solutions. This role involves driving sales, managing customer inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing the sales process to ensure exceptional service and outcomes
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, address client needs, and deliver superior service.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to drive revenue, create strategies, and meet business objectives.
- Knowledge of marble, tile, and stone products and familiarity with the home renovation or construction industry is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and technology to track and manage client interactions and sales progress.
