Responsible and customer-focused Bilingual Crew Member with experience providing friendly service in both English and Spanish. Assists customers, takes orders, handles payments, prepares and serves products, maintains a clean and organized work area, and works effectively as part of a team. Communicates clearly with customers and coworkers, resolves basic customer concerns, follows company policies and safety procedures, and helps ensure a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Prepare and serve food/products according to company standards.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, stocked, closes and opens in certain days.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow health, safety, and company procedures.
- Support coworkers and complete additional duties as needed.
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
