We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, fostering their growth and learning through engaging activities. The Childcare Provider will work closely with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their well-being and development.
Duties
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and supportive environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diaper changing, and nap time supervision.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities through tailored activities and behavior management techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or daycare setting.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Implement first aid procedures when necessary to ensure the health and safety of all children.
- Foster positive relationships with children to encourage trust and open communication.
- Assist in classroom management to create an effective learning environment.
- Must understand Child Care safety.

Requirements
- Early Childhood Education Certificate or Childhood Development Certification is preferred!
- Experience working with children in various capacities such as childcare, babysitting, or nannying.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development theories.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies to support children's emotional needs.
- First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
- Experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in preschool settings or daycare facilities is highly desirable.

Salary : $23 - $28
