- Supervise children during daily activities, playtime, and outings to ensure safety and engagement
- Assist with implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive environment and encouraging good behavior
- Collaborate with lead teachers to monitor children's progress and address individual needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas, toys, and supplies to ensure a safe space
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar settings preferred
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment with patience and enthusiasm
