Litigation Paralegal
Angel Fire Resort seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume legal practice focused on property assessment enforcement and related real estate matters. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a non-remote position so applicant must be already living in the Angel Fire area or be willing to relocate.

- Demonstrate accuracy and monitor your own work to ensure quality
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or develop alternative solutions
- Be flexible and willing to take on multiple tasks
Base Pay: $70,000-$85,000 DOE
Location: Angel Fire Resort – non-remote

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and judgments through Odyssey (TylerTech).
- Draft, record, and release liens; coordinate with multiple governmental offices statewide.
- Maintain a comprehensive litigation calendar and docket for dozens of active cases.
- Assist with discovery, document preparation, and case management.
- Communicate professionally with courts, title companies, and outside parties.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ civil litigation experience (real estate or collections background a plus).
- Proficiency in Odyssey TylerTech e-filing and strong command of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written communication, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience using AI as a tool is a plus.
