Banquet Support Staff- F&B Server
Angel Fire Resort is looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Server to join our Banquet team. In this position, you will assist in the setup and break down of banquets, serve food, bus tables and support the kitchen. The banquet staff works as a team to carry out group and conference dining events. Applicants must possess strong customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively, and work well on a team.
Base Pay: $14/hr tips

Experience: At least six months of successful serving experience is preferred
Required Certs or Licenses: NM Alcohol Servers License (must have prior to first day of work)

Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Assists with complete setup and breakdown of banquet area including dining room furniture, food serving area, drink/bar area, lighting, trash, sound equipment, etc.
- Serves food to guests at food stations and/or takes guest’s food order based on event type.
- Responds to guests in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Removes empty or dirty dishes, utensils, glasses and bottles and returns them to the bar or kitchen.
- Takes out trash, sweeps dining room floor, wipes tables off, and washes dishes as needed.
- Answers any questions related to resort activities, hours of operation, weather conditions, etc.
- Assists in food preparation in kitchen as needed.
- Adheres to all food handling safety procedures.
- Other associated tasks & duties as assigned.
Environment: This is typically an indoor position. Must be able to stand, walk, and talk for entire shift and occasionally lift/carry 30lbs.
