What are the responsibilities and job description for the AFFD Patient Coordinator position at Angel Fire Family Dentistry?
Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including: maintenance of the records of patients, scheduling of patients, accounts receivable, maintaining appearance and order of dental office, presentation of financial treatment plan options, and recall/recare system.
Responsibilities Include:
- Morning Huddle
- Check voicemail/email
- Fill schedule with any cancelations
- Greet and check in patients
- Case presentation as necessary
- Check out patients and collect funds if necessary
- Reschedule patients for their next appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Answer phone through out day
- Make appointments
- Input insurance checks
- Update claim list
- Submit insurance claims
- Estimates
- Validate insurance claims
- Review/Report Daysheet
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
