Tow/Inspection Coordination:
- Schedule and dispatch towing services as needed for vehicles.
- Communicate with drivers, tow companies, and customers to confirm details.
- Track tow arrivals, pick ups, and deliveries to ensure timeliness.
- Document tow activity in company systems for accurate record keeping.
General Support:
- Monitor open service tickets and follow through until completion.
- Identify potential delays or issues and escalate when necessary.
- Support cross-department coordination to keep vehicles moving efficiently.
- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate rates when applicable.
