Position Summary
The Marketing & Content Associate supports Anew Solutions' marketing, social media, and content initiatives, with an emphasis on content creation, social media, and photo and video production. This part-time position assists with creating and publishing content, capturing photos and video, and supporting Company marketing and events.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. This position is well suited for an individual looking to build marketing experience while contributing ideas and taking ownership of day-to-day marketing activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
Assist with managing Company social media accounts, including LinkedIn and other applicable platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content that supports the Company's brand and business objectives.
Help maintain the social media and content calendar to ensure consistent communication.
Assist with creating written, visual, and video content for social media and Company communications.
Capture and edit photos and video of Company events, employees, vehicles, and operations for use across marketing and social channels.
Produce and edit short-form/medium form video content, including filming, editing, and final delivery.
Ensure content maintains a professional and consistent Company voice.
Marketing & Event Support
Assist with creating and updating marketing materials, graphics, and promotional content.
Help maintain consistent Company branding across marketing materials.
Help prepare marketing materials and promotional items for Company events and trade shows.
Coordinate with employees and departments to gather photos, updates, and other content.
Maintain organized marketing files, digital assets, photos, and templates.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Comfortable using social media platforms in a professional environment.
Basic knowledge of marketing, social media, content creation, or digital communications.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business applications.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others.
Professional judgment when creating or publishing content representing the Company.
Willingness to learn new software platforms, marketing technology, and processes as the role progresses.
Preferred:
Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
Previous marketing, social media, communications, internship, or related experience.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
Experience creating and editing photo and video content.
Videography and video production experience, including filming, lighting, and audio capture.
Video editing experience; DaVinci Resolve preferred (or Adobe Premiere Pro). Training is available for candidates willing to learn.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Experience with email marketing, website content management, or digital marketing platforms.
Physical Requirements

The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, communicate, and use a computer and other office equipment. The position may occasionally require lifting, carrying, or moving marketing materials, event supplies, or promotional items weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
