Job description
Anew Era TMS Austin Psychiatric practice is looking for a full time Front Desk Receptionist for our Mopac offices. Candidate must have excellent communication skills. Candidate will be responsible for checking patients in and out, collecting copay's, answering phone calls and occasionally verifying insurances. Previous behavioral or psychiatric office experience helpful but not required. Experience with Office Ally, Next Gen or other electronic medical records systems also helpful.
