Anesthesia Dynamics is seeking an experienced and motivated IDR Data Processing Team Lead to support our growing Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) team in Wichita, Kansas. This position provides day-to-day leadership, workflow oversight, quality assurance, and team development support for employees managing the federal IDR process.

What You'll Do
As an IDR Data Processing Team Lead, you will:
- Coordinate daily work assignments and workflow distribution to ensure timely completion of IDR activities
- Monitor case inventories, aging reports, due dates, and productivity metrics
- Serve as a resource for team members by providing guidance, coaching, and training
- Conduct quality reviews and audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process adherence
- Review claims information, supporting documentation, payer correspondence, and case submissions
- Identify and resolve processing errors, documentation gaps, and workflow issues
- Support onboarding, cross-training, and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS requirements, and company policies
- Escalate operational concerns and contribute to process improvement efforts
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, claims processing, IDR, or related healthcare operations
- 1 year of experience in team leadership, quality review, training, coaching, or workflow coordination
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain CMS Federal IDR Gateway access
Preferred
- Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Medical Billing, or a related field
- Experience with the Federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process
- Previous experience as a Team Lead, Trainer, Auditor, Quality Analyst, or Senior Processor
- Familiarity with payer portals, practice management systems, and reporting tools
