- 6-hour daily guarantee
- 6:30 AM–5:30 PM, no call
- CRNA-only model
- 4–6 cases/day
- Case mix of Pain, ENT, Ortho, Endoscopy, General Surgery
- Regional block experience required
- Board Certified
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Regional block experience
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Active Indiana license
