We are actively looking for an experienced Turnover Package Lead – BSS / TCCC to support a large-scale pharmaceutical capital project. This is a high-impact role responsible for end-to-end ownership of system turnover, ensuring seamless transition from construction through commissioning to final handover.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead system turnover packages with full ownership of care, custody, and control
• Act as final signatory for turnover approvals post testing, mechanical completion, and commissioning
• Coordinate across HVAC, electrical, structural, and building systems
• Maintain a complete and audit-ready documentation trail from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with GMP and project standards
• Drive cross-functional alignment across EPC, construction, and commissioning teams
✅ Must-Have Experience:
• Strong background in pharmaceutical capital projects
• Expertise in BSS / TCCC turnover methodologies
• Experience working with major EPC firms (e.g., Fluor)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-system turnover environments
• Experience in greenfield and/or brownfield projects
💼 Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in documentation governance, system turnover processes, and GMP compliance within Big Pharma environments.
