Procurement & Accounting Support (Part-Time)

At Aneka Interiors, our procurement and accounting systems are critical to delivering successful projects. We are seeking a motivated, proactive team member to support our Procurement Manager and Design Team through the purchasing, tracking, and financial coordination of FF&E projects.

Position:
Procurement & Accounting Support
This is a part-time position (3 days per week) with a hybrid schedule:
- 1 day per week in person (Denver office)
- 2 days remote
There is potential for this role to grow into a full-time position as workload and company growth continue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design team with vendor pricing, estimating, and budget verification
- Review FF&E data to ensure all information is complete, accurate, and properly formatted in procurement software
- Assist the Procurement Manager with placing, tracking, and managing FF&E orders
- Update warehouse status and receiving information as products arrive
- Verify that purchase orders align with vendor quotes and order confirmations
- Process vendor invoices and support basic accounting functions
- Assist with coordinating FF&E installations when needed
- Maintain and update vendor spreadsheets, pricing, and product information
- Update vendor price lists and lead-time information as required
- Provide general procurement and accounting support to ensure projects remain organized, accurate, and on schedule
What We’re Looking For:
- Extreme attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Experience with Fohlio or other FF&E procurement software
- Excel knowledge and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- General accounting knowledge and comfort working with invoices and reconciliations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Outlook and calendar management
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to work well within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to travel to project sites or installations if needed
- A positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
