Job Summary and Key Objectives: This position serves as the main contact for sales at AndyMark. Maintains optimum customer relationships by processing all purchase orders in a timely manner. Will collect and submit sales tax information for customers’ orders and AndyMark’s records.


Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Provides customer service and serves as the main contact for Sales@andymark.com responds to emails in a timely and professional manner

• Responds to questions regarding purchase orders, wires, checks, and sales tax

• Processes open customer purchase orders

• Verifies accuracy and correct documentation required for customer orders in states where AndyMark collects and submits sales taxes

• Provides payment links for customers in Shopify and Auth.net as needed • Resolves discrepancies and payment issues for customers

• Assists with customer service calls

• Reconciles purchase orders and invoices in Fishbowl

• Scans receiving purchase orders and saves invoices into the shared drive

• Organizes and maintains financial records and looks for ways to reduce costs

• Assists with PDVs

• Assists with noneducational entity customer credit applications for business-based customers for the determination of net terms

• Performs all other duties as asked or required 

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Have the ability to follow directions, work independently, and with minimal supervision in a flexible schedule environment that fluctuates seasonally

• Personable and easy to work within a team environment

• Pays attention to detail and accuracy


Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent, or 2-year college degree in accounting preferred

• Knowledgeable in recordkeeping and customer service

• Knowledge of computer-based programs such as Google Suite is preferred.

FIRST program experience is a plus

Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Travel: The employee may be asked to travel to local or out-of-state FIRST competitions.
