We are seeking a dedicated Oil Change Technician to join our team! As an Oil Change Tech at Andy & Dave's Garage, you'll perform routine oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance on a variety of vehicles. As an Oil Change Tech at Andy & Dave's Garage, you'll perform routine oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance on a variety of vehicles. You'll be part of a team that values quality work, customer satisfaction, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance, including checking and topping off fluids, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Conduct basic inspections to identify potential vehicle issues and communicate findings to senior mechanics.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure proper care and use of tools and equipment.
- Provide friendly customer service and communicate effectively with both customers and team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
- Basic knowledge of car maintenance and mechanical systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
