About the Role
This is not your typical RN job. As the RN Clinical Coordinator for our Mobile Wound Program, you’ll wear multiple hats — clinical leader, collaborator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker. You'll work directly with Nurse Practitioners, referral sources, and our Medical Director to support and grow a region-leading mobile wound care program.
Perfect for a nurse who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves direct patient care, but also wants to lean into program development, operations, and external relationship management.
What You’ll Do
Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of the Wound Care Medical Director
Coordinate daily operations of the Mobile Wound Program, supporting Nurse Practitioners across care settings
Lead quality improvement initiatives and track key metrics to drive outcomes
Build and manage relationships with referral sources, SNFs, surgeons, hospitals, and clinics
Represent Andwell at community events, educational sessions, and outreach meetings
Develop protocols and educational materials, conduct training, and support practice-wide excellence
Serve as an administrative and clinical partner to the Associate Director of Andwell Medical Partners
What You’ll Bring
Active RN license in the State of Maine
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience (5 preferred); wound care experience a strong plus
Wound care certification required within 6 months of hire (e.g., CWCN, WCC, CWS)
Excellent organization, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfort working across care settings (SNFs, homes, practices, hospitals)
Desire to blend clinical expertise with business savvy and program growth
A growth mindset and a team-first attitude
This Role Is a Fit If You…
Are a confident nurse looking for your next professional challenge
Love working with people and building lasting professional partnerships
Want a flexible, rewarding role that’s part clinical, part strategic
Thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same
Enjoy having a voice in the future of care delivery
