What You’ll Do
As the Manager of Hospital Partnerships, you’ll lead growth, manage strategic relationships, and support your team to deliver results across hospital accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison for hospital clinical teams to strengthen collaboration.
- Build and execute growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Track referral volumes, patient outcomes, and partnership performance.
- Educate hospital staff on Andwell services, care transitions, and best practices.
- Lead and coach assigned PRCs/clinical consultants to achieve targets and maintain CRM compliance.
- Conduct meetings, ride-alongs, and account visits to identify opportunities and resolve operational issues.
- Represent Andwell at meetings and events, promoting collaboration and visibility.
- Support contract compliance, service agreements, and special projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Flex your schedule to meet partner and team needs, including early mornings or evenings.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of healthcare operations, hospital partnership, or clinical account management experience.
- Experience in home health, hospital partnerships, or case management preferred.
- Proven track record of relationship building, sales growth, or strategic account management.
- Leadership experience: ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, referral pathways, and operational best practices.
- CRM and EMR experience; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to guide decisions.
- Professional presence, emotional intelligence, and ability to read situations.

- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned accounts.
