What You’ll Do
As the Regional Manager, Partnership, you are the growth leader for your assigned region. You’ll build strong referral relationships, lead outreach strategy, and drive measurable market growth. You will:
- Build and manage partnerships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, payers, and community partners.
- Lead Provider Relations Consultants and clinical consultants in your region.
- Drive referral growth and meet/exceed market-specific quota and KPI targets.
- Develop and execute regional growth plans with leadership and service line teams.
- Analyze referral trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Represent Andwell at healthcare events, community meetings, and professional forums.
- Collaborate with clinical operations, intake, and marketing to support seamless patient transitions.
- Track performance and partner activity using Salesforce CRM and other data tools.
- Support contract discussions and strategic partnership agreements.
- Log, communicate, and resolve market issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain timely and accurate CRM documentation.
- Flex your schedule to meet partner needs (occasional early mornings/evenings).
- Strengthen internal relationships through regular in-person collaboration.
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years of field-based healthcare sales, business development, or partnership management experience required.
- Strong preference for experience in home health, hospice, hospital liaison, or post-acute care.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth, referral, or volume goals.
- Strong understanding of Maine’s healthcare landscape and referral pathways.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead outreach teams toward high performance.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and comfort with data and reporting.
- High emotional intelligence, professional presence, and ability to “read the room.”
- Strong sense of urgency, competitive drive, and results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to travel throughout your region with reliable transportation.
