What You'll Do:
- Serve as a senior financial leader for Andwell Health Partners, partnering closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support organizational strategy and decision-making
- Lead and oversee financial operations, including accounting, general ledger, accounts payable, cash management, and financial reporting
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets in collaboration with clinical, operational, and executive leaders
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide financial oversight and guidance to clinical service lines, supporting high-quality care delivery and long-term financial sustainability
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and balance sheet performance to ensure financial stability
- Design and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and procedures
- Coordinate and support annual audits, tax filings, and external financial reviews
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and non-financial stakeholders
- Stay current on nonprofit healthcare finance trends, reimbursement changes, and regulatory requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 8 years of progressive financial leadership experience, required experience in healthcare or nonprofit organizations
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit healthcare finance, fund accounting, and financial reporting
- Experience with healthcare reimbursement, including Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead financial operations and improve processes and controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial audiences
- Collaborative leadership style with experience partnering across clinical and operational teams
