How you will serve our guests:
- Preparing menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation during every shift
- Working efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
- Supporting fellow team members and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
- Following all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Assisting with prep work, stocking stations, and maintaining an organized workspace
- Helping create memorable dining experiences for every guest
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
