Bar Manager - Anduzzi's GB East

What You’ll Do:
As Bar Manager, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, responsible for bar operations, team development, and guest engagement. Your role will include:

• Providing strong leadership and acting as Manager on Duty when needed
• Creating a personal, energetic, and welcoming experience for guests
• Training, motivating, and holding bar staff accountable to high standards
• Managing inventory, product ordering, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Collaborating with other managers to control costs, meet budgets, and drive profitability
• Building relationships with guests, gathering feedback, and responding to service opportunities in real time
• Staying aware of industry trends and customer preferences to keep the bar experience relevant and engaging

What We’re Looking For:

• A current bartending license (or ability to obtain within 3 weeks of hire)
• 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting
• A natural leader with the ability to coach, train, and motivate a team
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and game days
• A team-first mindset and a passion for creating community
