Job Title: Gaming PC Packer / Shipper
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Gaming PC Packer / Shipper to join our team. In this critical, hands-on role, you will be the final touchpoint of our production process, responsible for meticulously packaging our custom-built gaming PCs for shipment. You’ll ensure that every high-performance system is secured with precision and care, ready to arrive at our customers' doors safely. Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Quality Control
- Carefully pack high-performance gaming PCs and peripherals according to established standard operating procedures, ensuring maximum protection during transit.
- Perform a final quality check on systems before packing, inspecting for any cosmetic defects, missing accessories, or documentation.
Shipping & Logistics
- Accurately generate and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and any required documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Keep clear and accurate records of all outbound shipments.
Inventory & Receiving
- Assist with receiving inbound shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Help maintain inventory levels of packing materials (boxes, foam, tape) and finished systems.
- Assist with periodic inventory counts as needed.
Workspace Management
- Maintain a clean, organized packing station and general shipping area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols for lifting, handling, and moving heavy items.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics role (strongly preferred).
- Experience with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, Shopify, carrier portals) is a plus.
- A personal interest in gaming or PC hardware is a major plus, but not required.
Skills & Abilities
- Extreme attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic math and computer skills for verifying quantities and printing labels.
- Adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly.
