Job Summary
We are a rapidly growing family accounting firm. The Client Care Manager will oversee the administrative process for the company. We're adding this position as we've grown to over 700 clients. You should enjoy interacting with clients and organizing. The Client Care Manager will manage the systems in place for workflow, client communications, scheduling and billing, along with other managers. We have a solid tech stack for managing the processes so a comfort level with technology is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative tasks and process for client communications, client onboarding, scheduling, billing, maintaining records, ordering. Your input on improvements to systems is valued.
- Build and maintain positive relationships in proactively reaching out to clients or responding to client questions on administrative topics such as invoicing, scheduling, accessing documents, creating accounts.
- Keep detailed records with our CRM system, Karbon
- Work closely with other managers
- Opportunity for involvement in bookkeeping, tax accounting or social media marketing
Skills
- Experience in customer service.
- Comfortable with math and conscientious about accuracy.
- Organized
- Comfortable with office technology systems and applications
- Some QuickBooks or tax accounting experience is helpful.
