An Enterprise Creative Communications Designer can be expected to perform the following tasks in this role as a routine part of their job:
Creative Strategy and Design Excellence (60%)
- Develops and executes creative concepts and design strategies for a wide range of marketing collateral, ensuring all work meets or exceeds expectations and business objectives.
- Designs high-impact creative content for company and/or family business needs balancing brand standards with innovative visual storytelling.
- Leads the end-to-end creative process—from ideation and concepting through final production—presenting design solutions confidently to stakeholders.
- Designs creative materials that drive excitement, differentiation, and high-level representation of the company and/or the family.
- Maintains and champions a cohesive and strategic visual identity, ensuring consistent application of guidelines across all deliverables.
- Creates traditional and digital collateral, including internal and external presentations, marketing materials, and business communications.
- Produces digital, print, and animated design assets, crafting visually engaging content optimized for multiple platforms and audiences.
- Ensures every creative output is strategic, intentional, and clearly linked to project requirements, company and/or family goals, and desired outcomes.
- Collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative solutions that align with project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Communicates and presents creative concepts clearly and persuasively, adapting messaging for diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Works in close partnership with the E Team, senior leadership and/or family to manage priorities, balance workloads, and meet critical deadlines.
- Supports the evaluation of creative quality across design projects, contributing to continuous improvement and consistency of output.
- Serves as a trusted creative advisor, fostering strong working relationships across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Shared Services and broader enterprise teams.
- Stays current on creative, design, and marketing trends across digital, print, and emerging channels, translating insights into practical application.
- Proactively shares trends, best practices, and design innovations with the creative and marketing services teams to elevate overall capability.
- Identifies and explores future-fit approaches—including new tools, technologies, content formats, and local market trends—to drive innovation and relevance in creative execution.
- Contributes to the evolution of creative tools, templates, and resources that enhance efficiency, consistency, and impact.

A qualified candidate for the Enterprise Creative Communications Designer role should satisfy the expectations (Experience and Education) below:
Here's what you must have to be considered for this role...
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a Related Field
- 3 Plus Years of Professional Design Experience, with a Strong Portfolio Demonstrating Enterprise, Corporate, or Large‑scale Brand/Creative Work
- Strong Command of Creative and Presentation Tools; Adobe Suite, MS Office, etc.
- Experience Translating Complex Business Concepts into Clear, Visually Compelling Design
- Demonstrated Understanding of Brand Systems, Visual Identity Standards, and Consistency Across Touchpoints
- Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously while Meeting Deadlines in a Fast‑paced, Stakeholder-driven Environment
- Strong Collaboration Skills
- Excellent Communication and Storytelling Skills
- High Attention to Detail, Accuracy, and Production Quality
- Animation Experience
