Job Summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (required). Must accompany application.
- Experience working with seriously emotionally disturbed children
- Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans
- Coordinate and monitor mental health and community-based services
- Provide advocacy and linkage to resources
- Deliver crisis services, brief interventions, and aftercare support
- Provide skills training, parent skills training, and family education
- Maintain documentation in accordance with program and regulatory standards
- Manage a caseload with varying levels of intensity
- Services provided in clients' homes, community settings, and office locations
- Caseload size and intensity will vary based on client needs
