- Plan and lead fun, meaningful recreational activities
- Follow behavioral support plans under the guidance of a Psychologist and IDT team
- Escort clients to community and on-site activities
- Assist with daily living needs and light housekeeping
- Help prepare clients for a restful night
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience or coursework in intellectual disabilities or related field preferred
