Job Summary: Painter (Experienced)
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have experience with airless sprayers and a solid background in residential, commercial, or industrial painting. This position offers opportunities for advancement into supervisory or foreman roles for those who demonstrate initiative, leadership, and a strong work ethic.
Primary job sites: Charlotte and Lee Counties
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, caulking, and patching as necessary
- Apply paints, stains, coatings, and finishes using rollers, brushes, and airless sprayers
- Perform clean, efficient, and precise painting in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Contribute to restoration and renovation projects as needed
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Experience with airless sprayers is preferred
- Familiarity with commercial and/or industrial painting techniques is preferred
- Ability to prep, paint, caulk, and perform light surface restoration work
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills a plus
