What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Marketing Manager position at ANDREW WOMMACK MINISTRIES INC?
Position Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for providing strategic direction for the Digital Marketing team and for developing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across all customer-facing digital channels. Including overseeing the digital and print design.
Essential Duties:
- Create, develop, and recommend strategies for new media and digital marketing teams.
- Plan and assist with creative growth strategies for all websites, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile apps, live streams, and display advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate online marketing campaigns on all social and digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Roku, Google, and Websites) for AWM.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals for ROI and KPIs to achieve sustainable growth.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
- Manage multiple projects and supervise collaboration between departments.
- Liaison with third-party agencies and vendors for smooth implementation of strategies, to acquire content, and enforce deadlines.
- Establish, maintain, and boost online brand recognition.
- Other tasks as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Expert-level knowledge of mass e-mail delivery and tracking, SEO/SEM, social media channels, and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Smartsheet, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, or other media editing software.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Advanced understanding of Internet regulations, standards, and updates.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Able to create/recommend digital content, blogs, podcasts, etc.
- Able to manage content strategists and digital storytelling teams independently.
- Able to coordinate with ministry stakeholders and manage complex projects.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Charis Bible College graduate preferred.
- Understanding of Andrew Wommack Ministries and its audience is required.
- Must pass all required checks.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory management experience or leading a team.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
