ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is an insurance sales role. As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Andrew Suby - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to continuously network in the community to bring on new customers (sales).
- Establish & maintain customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance & financial options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Stay current with product offerings.
