Job Summary
I am seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join a growing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice in Arvada, CO. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for physical therapy and have excellent interpersonal skills. This position offers an opportunity to work directly with the owner in a small and privately owned practice. Patients are scheduled 1:1 in 50 mintue slots without double bookings. This is a patient centered clinic where patient outcomes and satisfaction are the priority.
Responsibilities
-Work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Provide hands-on manual therapy and exercises to improve patient outcomes
- Educate patients on at-home exercise plans
- Willingness to work with colleagues to solve complex cases
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Ideally experience in outpatient orthopedic clinics but new grads are encouraged to apply
- Desire to work in a 1:1 setting
- Proficiency in manual therapy and belief in its benefits
