What are the responsibilities and job description for the Law Firm Billing Coordinator (Spanish Speaking) position at Andrew Bahr Attorney at Law?
The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for keeping client's billing accounts up to date through data entry, sending billing and closing letters, and meeting with new clients to make a payment plan. Additional responsibilities may include sorting mail, sending withdrawal notices, and collecting additional client documents. Full fluency in Spanish and English is required. Familiarity with MS Excel is required.
