As a DAS/ Small Cell Product Line Manager (PLM), you will be responsible for supporting the profitability and expansion of various product lines into the US region and major customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Business Operations, Engineering, and Manufacturing, to develop and implement strategies that bring new products and line extensions to market. This role is hybrid based in Nashua, New Hampshire.
You Will Make An Impact By
- Conducting market analysis and defining new product requirements based on competitive landscapes.
- Analyzing sales and financial data to influence and support managerial decisions on market penetration, product modifications, and market expansion.
- Attending trade shows, reviewing market/trade publications, and interfacing with the sales workforce.
- Participating in technology and product roadmap development.
- Developing business cases for new product development, including financial evaluations, market analysis, customer needs, and sales justifications.
- Defining target markets/customers and product positioning.
- Supporting product lifecycle management and assisting with sales calls, business operations, and technical support.
- Coordinating strategic market plans for assigned product lines and ensuring alignment with regional product strategies.
- Supporting sales and marketing presentations, where technical expertise is required.
- Strong understanding of the RF products market, wireless technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Previous experience with DAS/ Small Cell products.
- Experience in product line strategy, new product development, and lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across various levels of staff and external contacts.
- Proficient in developing market strategies, preparing competitive analysis, and differentiating products in the market.
- Effective presentation skills and the ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Are assertive, persuasive, and creative in problem-solving.
- Demonstrate a track record of leading cross-functional teams and organizing meetings or committees.
