How You'll Help Us Connect The World
As a Lead Coordinator, will assist with ensuring accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock levels, conducting regular counts, and implementing procedures to optimize inventory control and recordkeeping, put product away using warehouse equipment and will provide back-up for the warehouse office staff as needed. This role will be based in Euless, TX.
You Will Make An Impact By
- Ensure related items are grouped, packaged, and supplied together as one unit.
- Pull the materials together by reading and interpreting work instructions and other specifications to determine layouts and sequences of operations using the proper tools and support equipment.
- Perform your work with little supervision in compliance with all procedures, and safety policies.
- Conduct regular physical counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory data through cycle counting product, investigating returns, identifying mislabeled products, and processing product returns.
- Enter inventory adjustments as needed (e.g., for write-offs, returns, or physical counts).
- Investigate count discrepancies and work with Operations team to resolve and correct records and processes.
- Inspect inventory for damage or defects.
- Be involved in shipping and receiving processes.
- Train as a back-up to the Receiving/Shipping Clerk by learning the receiving process, scheduling deliveries to the warehouse, reviewing and submitting paperwork.
- Prepare (type) bills of lading for all shipments and enter shipping data into computer
- Analyze department reports to insure proper action is taken with regard to shipments and materials received.
- Communicate discrepancies with shipments or materials received and problems delaying scheduled shipments with Management.
- Adhere to Shipping and Receiving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs.)
- Analyze and complete reports to include: mixed rack reports, cycle counts and other related paperwork. Timely completion and documentation of a paperwork required
- Provide back-up support for all shipping and receiving functions.
- SAP software (like SAP S/4HANA, ECC) for managing goods receipt, inventory, and supply chain processes.
- Train Shipping and Receiving employees.
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training. Maintain safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person. Report any injury or accident immediately to supervisory and/or any unsafe condition.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a shipping/logistics role.
- High School Diploma
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with inventory management in a warehouse setting
- Strong basic math skills
- Microsoft suite and strong analytical skills required
- AS400 experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to drive a sit-down fork lift
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently
