You will partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Manufacturing to expand our solutions, support customer deployments, resolve field issues, and guide new product development. A core focus will be on system architecture and product integration across ANDREW business units to meet customer and market expectations. This role is remote within the U.S. and requires up to 50% travel.

How You'll Help Us Connect The World:
- Providing innovative ideas, customer insights, and technical research to support new product development from concept through launch.
- Supporting the introduction of new products by gathering customer requirements, developing specifications, and partnering with Product Management to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Delivering field technical support, including sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidance.
- Providing product and application training for customers and internal teams.
- Offering pre-sales technical support for complex applications, including adapting solutions to meet customer network configurations.
- Serving as the technical subject matter expert for the HELIAX® portfolio and supporting field issues to ensure a successful customer experience.
- Supporting Sales teams with proposals, customer meetings, and strategy development.
- Generating and supporting new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Support and generate opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Be the technical subject matter expert for HELIAX portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline
- 5–7 years of relevant field or industry experience.
- Experience in wireless telecommunications, especially in customer-facing or field deployment roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong technical relationships with key customers and identify new opportunities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in developing clear reports and presentations.
- Have technical experience with wireless network architectures such as Macro, Small Cell, or DAS.
- Bring hands-on knowledge of Fiber and RF connectivity solutions.
- Have previous telecommunications industry experience supporting product or system deployments.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication capabilities.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Show curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Bring innovative ideas to improve products, processes, or customer outcomes.
