As an HR Operations Specialist, you will validate and approve all personnel and organizational changes in HRMIS systems (EC/SAP/Dayforce) through workflow as well as drive operational excellence by delivering customer service and administration of HR programs with a focus on efficiency, data, and technology.
This role will be hybrid based in Richardson, TX.
You Will Make An Impact By
- Validating and approving all employee data changes by accurately processing personnel and organizational transactions in a timely manner. Reviewing the work to ensure error-free delivery of the final product
- Interfacing with vendors, subject matter experts, HR Business partners, and local HR.
- Maintaining a case tracking system to keep a record of transactions for all customers.
- Escalating complex issues to the Supervisor, Global HR team, or appropriate Center of Excellence. Provides feedback and input from cases to team members or the Supervisor to be evaluated and added to the department knowledge base, SOP, and training documents when applicable.
- Preparing and issuing employee and employment-related letters.
- Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Preparing process maps & work instructions to develop/streamline Employee Hub process.
- Assisting with system testing and validation when required. Participating in training on India & APAC regional personnel records maintenance for applicable countries.
- Partnering with Accounts Payable to process invoices.
- Launching new hire background checks.
- Assisting with scheduling candidate interviews.
- Supporting reporting requests as required.
- Supporting data mass loads in SAP.
- Conducting periodic audits to ensure accuracy of data in HRMIS.
- Any other tasks as requested by the management.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Human Resource Management with 1-3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, Specialist, Generalist, or Services.
- Experience in SAP and/or other HRMIS systems.
- Willing to work in shifts when required.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability, independent thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and Word).
- Experience with Dayforce.
- Demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Knowledge/experience on Global HR processes and procedures.
- A strong understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and benefits is required.
- Experience in help desk applications, database reporting, and SAP/HRIS/Success Factors/Dayforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of common Human Resources programs, procedures, and benefits through ongoing training.
