What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Vision
Base salary range: $216,000 – $324,000 USD, plus performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Additional compensation may include bonuses and long-term incentive opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Define and execute a comprehensive global enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives and long-term growth goals.
- Develop, refine, and scale enablement programs to maximize effectiveness across all GTM functions.
- Identify and apply industry-leading frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure GTM excellence.
- Implement systems, processes, and tools that enhance productivity, efficiency, and collaboration across teams.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to assess enablement impact, ensuring ROI and accountability.
- Oversee onboarding and continuous learning programs for customer-facing roles, channel partners, and support teams.
- Collaborate with product and marketing leaders to drive enablement strategies for new product launches, positioning, and value messaging.
- Leverage data-driven insights and generative AI tools to strengthen enablement programs and optimize GTM strategies.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to prioritize enablement initiatives that drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Work with marketing teams to refine positioning and improve sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external training and content providers to enhance enablement offerings.
- Build and manage a global enablement team that delivers consistent, impactful results.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities while fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and professional growth.
- Coach team members to reach their full potential and scale their impact within the organization.
- Manage the global enablement budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize business outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt innovative learning technologies, tools, and platforms to support enablement at scale.
- Support company-wide GTM events such as sales kickoffs and leadership summits.
- 10 years of GTM enablement experience, with significant leadership exposure in the technology or cybersecurity space.
- Proven success leading global enablement transformations that scale customer-facing teams.
- Deep expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or value-based selling frameworks.
- Strong background designing and delivering training that accelerates pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Experience building and leading high-performing, distributed teams.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI and automation to increase productivity across GTM functions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and stakeholders globally.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
