Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective financial advisors to demonstrate how comprehensive wealth management resources can enhance their practices and client offerings.
- Provide consultative advice on products, portfolio positioning, investment performance, and client engagement strategies.
- Deliver polished, persuasive presentations at advisor-focused events to highlight the value of available solutions.
- Conduct proactive outreach, including cold calling and targeted campaigns, leveraging lead sources and CRM tools to generate new opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring seamless handoff to regional sales teams for continued relationship growth.
- Travel up to 30% to attend client meetings, industry conferences, and territory events.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize shifting objectives while maintaining focus on long-term goals.

- Experience evaluating managed money platforms and investment products.

- 4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 4 years of successful sales experience, including both phone and face-to-face engagements.

- Active FINRA licenses required: Series 6, 63, and 65, or Series 7 and 66.
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000, based on skills, experience, and location.
- Sales Incentive Plan: Opportunity to earn up to $80,000 annually, tied to performance and achievement of defined goals.
