What You’ll Do
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to influence product vision, strategy, and execution from day one.
- Architect and develop new features and systems, bringing ideas to life with speed and precision.
- Operate with significant autonomy to identify problems, propose solutions, and deliver results in rapid cycles.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, offering creative input and pragmatic engineering insight.
- Work hand-in-hand with end users—particularly in the healthcare and technology sectors—to craft solutions that meet real-world needs.
- Build secure, scalable systems that meet compliance requirements such as HIPAA and other data protection standards.
- Champion innovation and iteration, balancing quality with the agility needed to bring products to market quickly.
- At least 1 year of experience in professional software development, ideally within high-growth startups or top-tier tech environments.
- Strong foundation in computer science principles, with proven ability to design and scale production-grade applications.
- A hands-on builder who enjoys wearing many hats—designing, developing, testing, and occasionally diving into support when needed.
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities and undefined challenges.
- An entrepreneurial mindset—resourceful, adaptable, and always eager to learn through experimentation.
