Role Overview
In this hybrid role, you will support transportation, supply planning, and customer operations by managing critical data inputs, validating system integrity, and delivering insights that enhance service levels and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do
Data Monitoring & Validation
Track shipment, inventory, and planning data to ensure accuracy across systems. Identify inconsistencies and escalate issues with clear context and recommended actions.
Operational Analysis
Work with large datasets to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across transportation and supply planning functions.
Reporting & Insights
Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports that translate complex operational data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
Transportation Support
Assist with execution of domestic and cross-border shipments by validating data, monitoring shipment progress, and supporting timely coordination with logistics partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with customer service, planning teams, and logistics providers to resolve issues, prevent service disruptions, and improve overall network performance.
System Operations
Support key planning and execution systems by maintaining accurate inputs, running transactions, and troubleshooting discrepancies in collaboration with technical teams.
Financial Visibility
Assist in tracking transportation and warehousing costs, helping ensure alignment with budget targets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Process Documentation
Contribute to the development and maintenance of workflows, data definitions, and operational guidelines to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Logistics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience. Typically 2–5 years of relevant experience or exposure through internships or coursework.
Analytical Skills
Strong ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Technical Proficiency
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas) with the ability to quickly learn enterprise systems and data tools.
Systems Aptitude
Comfort navigating complex platforms related to supply chain planning, transportation, and reporting.
Communication
Ability to clearly explain data insights and collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
Work Ethic
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to supply chain planning or transportation operations, including shipment coordination and planning processes.
Experience with enterprise systems or data platforms used in logistics and planning environments.
Familiarity with reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
Understanding of supply chain cost drivers, performance metrics, or network optimization concepts.
Experience working with third-party logistics providers, carriers, or warehouse operations.
Interest in process improvement, automation, or data validation methodologies.
Work Environment
This role follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office collaboration during the majority of the week and remote flexibility on designated days. It offers a balance of independent analytical work and cross-functional teamwork in a dynamic operational setting.
