What You Bring
Experience
5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a history of delivering complex, production-grade systems.
Full-Stack Expertise
Strong proficiency across both frontend and backend development, with the ability to navigate and contribute at any layer.
System Design Skills
Experience designing scalable, reliable systems and making informed trade-offs in distributed environments.
Project Ownership
Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from planning through execution, coordinating across teams when needed.
