About The Role
Build the intelligence layer of a modern AI platform. You will design and ship production machine learning systems, integrate LLM workflows, and improve the reliability, cost efficiency, and performance of AI powered features.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement ML and LLM powered services including retrieval, embeddings, and agent workflows.
- Build evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems for model quality and safety.
- Optimize performance and cost through batching, caching, prompt engineering, and model optimization.
- Develop data pipelines that support training, inference, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ship AI capabilities quickly and safely.
- 5 years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to applied machine learning.
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with one backend stack such as Go, Java, or Node.
- Experience working with LLM tooling, vector databases, and ML infrastructure in the cloud.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline from a highly regarded university.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and a data driven approach to problem solving.
