- Proven ability to ship multiple features to external customers as either an IC or manager.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies and modern product engineering practices.
- Experience managing consumer-facing applications at scale with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Technical fluency in AWS environments, React/JavaScript for front-end, and C# or equivalent for backend development.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
